5G/6G Open-Source Project “free5GC”
free5GC is a nonprofit project dedicated to developing innovative and next-generation features for open-source 5G Core (5GC) Networks with the Apache 2.0 license. The free5GC team has developed the world’s first open-source 5GC that complies with 3GPP Release 15 (R15) standards. The major contributors are from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). The ultimate goal of this project is to implement the 5GC defined in 3GPP R15 and beyond. Your generous support and sponsorship will sustain our technology development and the operation of the community.
