The rapid social changes induced by globalization in recent years have gradually depleted government finances, resulting in reductions in education funding. Because of the highly competitive higher education environment, public universities are no longer fully subsidized by the government, pushing these universities to actively seek financial resources to enrich their university endowment funds.
